Everyone has to manage his/her finance at least once a month or two. This app allows user to record his/her monthly accounts' balances and showing a summary and trend of his/her savings and expenditure.
All the user need to do is to spend some time to manage his/her accounts and finance, then update this app once a month.
This app is not meant to track daily income and expenses. It is meant for users who wishe to manage their bank accounts once or twice a month and to monitor their monthly saving trends.
You may set a password protect for the app.
Suggestion for use
- Create all your accounts in the app with a starting balance.
- Set a date, say 2nd of each month, to spend some time to clear your monthly bills.
- Update the final balance in the app.
- You may add future (within the month) expenses/income or make some transfer after you have updated your final balance.
Continue to do this monthly, you will see the trend of your savings. It is a good way to track your account balances.
Instructions:
Main Page
The main page shows all your accounts that you've created. The top black bar shows the sum of all your accounts for the month.
- Click on top right + icon to add new account.
- Change the month by scrolling through the desired month to view.
- Tap on the account to access the the account transactions for the selected month.
Transactions Page
- Click on top right + icon to add new transaction.
Add Transaction Page
- Tap on type "Income" to select the type of transaction
- Enter Amount, Description, Remark (Optional)
- Tap on save
Transfer Amount
- You may only transfer amount between the accounts that you have created in this app.
- Tap on Transfer To field to choose the available accounts.
